Chloe is a Rod Puppet. Her head and hands were sculpted out of Sculpy (a homefiring clay material). The head sits on a center dowel and each hand is formed on the end of dowels on either side of the head. The dowels are covered in a simple square piece of fabric so only the head and hands show. Very simple to make. Check your library!
